Why not? Mateusz released Sub8 not much after CF4, and that's where he introduced to us the concept of mirroring with the "pyramid" forum post and others (the ones in Wiki/Forum posts/September 29, 2012 for example). This means he was starting to think about Sub8's structure when CF4 was finished. That picture looks to me like it's showing generic important design elements of Submachine, not a specific location.
