How can character be revived again after his "final death" if it would tear to hell all rules of universe where he is?

1) he can't.
2) it was an apparent death, he was alive all the time.
3) he was in another universe when dead, with a different set of rules.
4) it's a glitch in the matrix.
5) he creates another universe in the moment he revives.
6) a character reviving can't break all[/b rules of the universe, unless it's a very small and simple universe
7) by using the power of SUBMACHINE!!!

8) creators make the rules, and do not necessarily abide by them.
