What about Signs? Road Signs, "Danger do not pass" Signs, etc.

Moreover, when I dream sometimes, and there is something like a note I need to read. Its like as soon as I look at the paper as a whole, the entire contents are known to me. Its similar how in a dream, you just know something or someone. And whether or not they are coming.

I think Mat mentioned somewhere that the Submachine is real, it's not anything like a dream or coma or whatever

in dreams you can't read because in your lucid state of mind the letters and words you create will just float around. I think there are some people who can read in their dreams, but the vast majority can't. and you can look at a book and gain information, but you can't actually read it
idk im just rambling and nitpicking and creating weird ideas

i should probably have actually put this in the dreams topic :p

not really a theory, but i'll put it here anyway
so I was thinking about how submachine was structured and sort of came up with a little diagram of how it could be structured like a tree
here have a quickly drawn sketch (featuring my horrible handwriting)


so basically this makes the submachine split between teleporter travel and cipher plates (altho they sometimes overlap and connect)
and then the layers are just like the layers of a tree (explaining why there is very little difference between the layers at some places but much more difference in other places)
Again not really a theory but just sort of a "i must relate everything in my life to trees"

interesting point of view the network
