Re: Sublevel's stories and artwork
Random development news and thoughts:
I decided to turn my test file called "Test Subworld", where I am testing each of possible Game Maker features, into my first ever game!
An unknown creature is trapped in testing zone for a long time, with each new room, tests become more and more complex, and, I hope, with each new room, quality of rooms increases as well. So, if in the very start you are in very primitive white-black menu, intro, and starting room, then, at the end, you steps into zone of fine-looking pixel game (maybe), with full set of features, and final boss, of course...
This game will be mix of all possible genres and types! First person shooter, third person shooter, my invented second person shooter, first person quest, platformer, horror... :3 One giant test zone...
Right now, I am making v 0.1. aka FIRST LEVEL of this game (last level, as you can figure out, would be "1.0 final release"). Now black-white menu, animated intro, little changing gameplay are finished...
Oh my... Let me finish this... *fingers crossed*

HUH! And now I know, why some things in Submachine Universe worked like this... :3

Re: Sublevel's stories and artwork
what I mean: I downloaded HDs, but played them only two-three times. And they STILL contain some extra and more canon content! Lol, it's not serious.Vortex wrote:Sublevel? are you okay? XDSublevel 107 wrote: maybe...
Don't worry, I still consider HDs as not-fully polished and glitched copies of original structures (Mateusz still didn't fix them, nor fixed bugs in newest online versions on his site... But I don't want to bother him again until release of big game), but I definitelly need to play them more!
Btw, I discovered and made this "dancing" by opening swf file in some site, and placing cursor in specific places faaaaaar beyond game's screen (what is VERY weird), when music rhythm changed.
