By Game:

Sub 1: The Submachine Basement theme, duh.
Sub 2: The main inner lighthouse tower theme.
Sub 3: Loop intro. Just...that loop intro!
Sub 4: The Exit theme.
Sub 5: THE CORRIDOR! Sounds like something out of a Sci-Fi movie! Too cool!
Sub 6: The Tunnels theme.
Sub 7: Winter Garden. Atrium section is a close one.
Sub 8: Layer 2 / 5 / 6
Sub 9: Either ALL OF IT or Lower Pyramid + Main Temple.

Sub2: Intro, maybe Digouts
Sub3: Loop, but the real one, not the one in the soundtrack
Sub4: Ship, Rooftop and Bonus Area are all good. Probably Rooftop is #1 though.
Sub5: Old Bricks (main area)
Sub6: Deep Down Alt
Sub7: Heavenly
Sub8: The Ruin
Sub9: Garden, Temple and Ruin are great too though
Sub10: Containment, Transient; of the reduxes, Sub3 Redux
Sub32: Ambient

SNEE is tough. plt is <3, 245 is creepy, 404 is also creepy, 888 is nice.

1st) Lucky room music.
2nd) Garden, *dramatic drums* lower levels.
3rd)Winter palace ambience, Sub4 and Sub3 intros
(Best intros) and sub8 intro.
4th) That beautiful end moment's ambient.

favs: that wonderful track from FLF (I believe its name is "Jukebox"), observation cliffs accessible via 461 (can't recall its code, and wiki just won't load), almost everything from Sub9.
