I like that arrangement. I'd even change the "Architecture" to "Description", all else is fine

Should Structure simply be a subheading instead of a heading like it now is? If someone disagrees with the current layout please change it and I'll use that as template for the following locations (and I'll add a Items and Trivia section when necessary).

That could work too. In this case the subsection content is larger than the section's, but I think that isn't any problem. Now we'd have to add the Items and Trivia (with ambients) sections.

There isn't anything to pick up at the Serpentiarius location to my knowledge and I can't remember anything about the music, so someone else will need add that

What about one of stones, in safe of serpentarius?
Also, isn't that picture titled "Damaskus- in the fall"? I was always thinking of it as a word game, you know "City of Damaskus in the season of year after summer", but also Serpent Damaskus falling from the stairs"
