And I just did one quick thing of research. Wanderer_99 or whatever is not the same as The_Lone_Wanderer. Nobody I know has any leads on who The_Lone_Wanderer ever was and he only ever existed on the original forum.

He created his account around the time of Fallout 3 releasing so his username is pretty obvious to the protagonist of Fallout 3 the lone wanderer from vault 101. But yeah he remains quite the elusive mystery, not leaving much of a paper trail.
