That's right. But only in those terms.
I don't want to imagine if someone created copies of self-replicating cleverbots and put them to surf around Internet. Unlimited idiots, their number growing each second D:

I opened two tabs of cleverbot and am having them each answer what the other says. This is the conversation:

Cleverbot: Are you perfect?

Cleverbot: Not hardly.

Cleverbot: So what is your name then?

Cleverbot: Cleverbot.

Cleverbot: What is Ewan?

Cleverbot: Umm.

Cleverbot: Do you not have a favorite movie?

Cleverbot: I don't have a favorite movie.

Cleverbot: Do you like any actors?

Cleverbot: Yes.

Cleverbot: What is your favorite movie?

Cleverbot: My favourite movie is Life is Beautiful.

Cleverbot: What is it then?

Cleverbot: If you tell me what I like to ride, I will stay. Othewise I will go.

Cleverbot: I am 339 years old. How old are you?

Cleverbot: I am 4000 years old.

Cleverbot: Well you are the same as me then! (Actually I am 40,001 years old).

Cleverbot: I would guess that you are really a man too.

Cleverbot: No I am a teenager.

Cleverbot: Have you read The Corrections?

Cleverbot: Yes, all of them.

Cleverbot: Which Harry Potter is your favorite.

Cleverbot: Harry Potter and The Order Of The Pheonix.
I stopped right there because Order of the Phoenix is probably the worst of all of them so I knew they were just messing with me.

All the typos are there because that's what they gave me, not through user error.

Even with just itself, Cleverbot can't have a very logical conversation.

Man, Order of the Phoenix was not bad.
TT: I guess one could use those words to describe it.

We're probably going to have to agree to disagree on that one... After the fourth book, I suddenly and inexplicably became very cynical about the whole series. It had completely lost its magic to me. I'm not really a fan of the series.

I really said Order of the Phoenix was the worst mostly as a joke though.

Well, sure, it is a book for kids, and upon reading it more thoroughly you can plainly see multiple errors in worldbuilding and even apparent plot holes. But it is fun nonetheless.

I think what killed it for me was how it became clearer and clearer that the plotline of the series wasn't planned out well, if at all, but for me it just somehow stopped being fun altogether after the fourth book. Some people said things about how they read the last book in 2 days and that kind of thing. I started it and lost interest for six months before I came back and finished it.
