yes, i'm serious. you have kind of certain emotional support when you're in a relationship, you know you have someone that you can count on, now that i'm alone i realize it more than before, and i miss that.

yeah, we have different perspectives about it.
but don't misinterpret me, i'm doing fine being single right now, it's not that i need a relationship to be happy or anything like that. it's just that i remember what it was like, and i miss it.

i think that's a good position.
it will never be late, it's not that all your potential partners are gonna disappear from the face of the Earth at any moment, if you find that it's not the time to be in a relationship it's fine to wait, much better than rushing to find someone random to just use it to "prepare" (whatever that is) and then get only despair and trouble.
but don't be too exigent either, every person has its good things and bad things, i don't believe there's a "second half of soul", only people who get well together (that's my view anyways).
