ALso, I'm not saying that the Cube is thrown out the window, I just thought a different perspective might help explain some things (ex. the 100-800 architectural connection)

I really should have just asked Mat when he had questions open: Can the Subnet be mapped successfully?

Supposedly Mur spent 32 years of his life doing just that, hope it doesn't take that long in our case XD

What I noticed is that many locations who share the same first two coordinates have the closest and strongest connections. Yet the 800 Ship and 100 also have unbeatable matching architecture. But how would that work, since the remaining two axes are curved? If we use the wraparound model it could put them in close proximity, but then we would have to assume

a) the portals are in the right place, and the ship is just cutting a straight-line path through a sphere
or
b) there are two different ships.

I made this somewhat understandable diagram showing the relation between coordinates to see if it could help me organize my thoughts. (Arch stands for architecture). It didn't help a lot, but the similarities between the ancient section, the root, and the Lighthouse locations are pretty evident. A location has a strong numerical connection if it shares two coordinates and the third is less than 5 numbers apart.

Sorry, but shouldn't the line connecting 011 and 642 be Blue rather than Green?

992 - 076 Architectural Connection

555 - 690 Architectural Connection

529 - 596 - 672 - 947 Architectural Connection*

Also the connection from 529 - 917 shouldn't be there, but it is covered by this * Grouping.

I didn't include 815-875 because I only consider it a number connection if it's within 5 digits. And 5 might even be too many. I also didn't agree with the 875-923 Arch connection because even though they're probably used for similar purposes, they don't look similar.
