That is true, I didn't copy the whole quote. And I did have the same thoughts as you, that there were other sentences and thoughts. Sorry for the confusion. :)

I wonder if Sub10 will have more FLF references in it...

Um...

guys?

Something I noticed in FLFHD:

As soon as we pushed that button next to the keycard, the second building descended to meet us. Or did it?

Could it possibly be that, instead, our building rise up through the void to meet the second one?

And a bigger question that tickled the back of my mind as I kept playing:

Who was around to tie the rope between the ladder and the rock after the buildings stopped moving?

I think it's Mati's error

But what if it isn't?

??????

??????????????

Addendum: Anyway, what about the first part? (that applies to both games)

Do we think that the second building descended to the first, or the first rose to the second?

Another HD question:

If Mat said that this game represents the old one in the fifth layer, then why did we hear the layer-change sfx? Does this mean that only either the ward or the memory bank is in the fifth layer, and the other is in a different layer?

then why put it instead of other sound? Mateusz has used the sound as confirmation of a layer change at least once (628). i don't see why he would use the same sound for two different things.

unless he is using it as a generic teleportation sound. but i think it's not his style to do that.

Maybe the sound also works for any other portal type that works like a Karma Portal but its not a Karma Portal.

But are those portals also meant to change layers?

Also that would exclude xyz portals, root transporters, edge portals, etc. Which makes sense because

Limits to: Sub1 red room, Sub2 LH portal, Sub3 p-m, (does it happen for green leaf statue? can't remember), Sub8 navigator, Sub32 calendar thinger, SubFLF picture viewer and movie machine, Sub0 (does it happen when we pick up the wisdom gem? can't remember)
