I read this as "every cycle". that's what happened with us during Sub3. Each new level has new rooms with puzzles.

hmm, we talked only about Sub3: The Loop 2, but I WANT TO REVISIT ALL LOCATIONS!
Deadly Lighthouse, dark Root, Ancient section, desolated Edge and (inside) its systems...

That would be a little repetitive, I think. And Sub∞ will already have different-looking loop locations, like 888, instead of being strictly based in the Loop.

Why do you think it won't?
The Temple in Sub 9 were allot of things we thought it could possibly be before it came out.
And it turned out fine in the end. Way more grander than any of us could possibly imagine.

If there is ever a Sub3 Redux Version or a Submachine: Infinite with Loop-style rooms, I vote for this song to be used in an Intro.
